How Therapy Can Help

Therapy can be useful when...

There comes a time in some peoples lives when they may feel overwhelmed by situations. Perhaps it may be a time of major transition, such as a divorce, death of a loved one or loss of a job. At times like these, it is natural to question things about one's life and its meaning. It can feel like hopelessness, anxiety, confusion, and depression. Any or all of these feelings can surface. As painful as they may be at the time, they are opportunities to increase the ultimate success or happiness of one’s life.

Then there are times in our life when we want to go to “the next level up”, when we want to move forward in our lives toward a goal that we feel we can’t reach by ourselves alone. This is where Donna’s experience as a Peak Performance Counseling using self-hypnosis, biofeedback and coaching can help remove blocks to personal success.
